Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1967 Shelby COBRA recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1967 Shelby COBRA problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: This 1967 Shelby Cobra Classic Roadster LTD has an iconic color combo that makes you stop and stare (so of course, others will, too.) But as you dig deeper, you're going to see some terrific upgrades like the performance-built V8 and a design that allows for even larger people to be comfortable. This Cobra gets the look right from the first impression. After all, white with blue stripes is a true American racing color theme - especially made famous by Shelby. And this one has a ton of terrific details. Some of them are for flair, like the metallic element in the blue stripes. Others eye candy is also about function, like the push bumpers or the big hood scoop feeing the V8 underneath. Plus, this one has a hint of a dark side with the black roll hoop, dark side pipes, tonneau cover, and dark centers to those cool Halibrand-style wheels. The full black interior continues this dark heart attitude. You get low-back bucket seats, racing-style lap belts, and a grippy three-spoke sports steering wheel. The dash is dominated by crisp AutoMeter Pro-Comp gauges, including a large speedo and tach. Plus, there's a handy heater that you'll love on every morning that you want to be first at the track day. But the upgrade that you'll love the most is the space. This one is a few inches wider and about half a foot longer than most Cobras out there. So those who were limited by size in other cars will find it much more comfortable here. Under the hood is proper blue oval power with a tidy setup, including the iconic Cobra valve covers. This 351 cubic-inch V8 is a professional full performance build. It's a blueprinted motor fortified with TRW pistons, rods, and bearings. There are plenty more go-fast goodies, like a Comp Cams camshaft, Offenhauser Intake, stainless steel valves, high-performance distributor, and a Holley double-pumper four-barrel carburetor on top. It makes a thunderous sound through the side pipes that will always be your favorite soundtrack. This mighty V8 is mated to a Richmond five-speed manual for ideal control, and this feeds a 3.73 limited-slip rear end. Add in front disc brakes, thick sway bars front & rear, and wide BF Goodrich T/A rubber, and you have a well-done high-performance package. This is such a cool machine it was even a Kit Car magazine feature. Plus, the sale comes with the build receipts, maintenance records, and service manuals. This is the iconic-looking Cobra with extra room and plenty of V8 power. So don't let this deal slip away. Call now!
