It's a true four-seater, not only by the count of its seating positions, but also by the measures that count even more: comfort, craftsmanship and contentment for all aboard.Generating 362 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, the 3.0L V6 combines twin turbos and numerous other advances to lower emissions and fuel consumption while increasing performance. In a single millisecond, the rapid-multispark ignition can fire up to four times, while the high-pressure Direct Injection precisely tunes the ultrafine fuel spray. A lightweight diecast-alloy block, widely variable valve timing, reduced friction, and clever "on-demand'' ancillary components further boost efficiency. With a greater range of ratios and shorter steps between gears, the 9-speed automatic changes gears more quickly but nearly imperceptibly. Along with a more seamless delivery of power, the lighter, more versatile transmission enhances quiet riding comfort and fuel-efficiency. The electronic selector and shift paddles let you control all gear changes with your hands on the steering wheel. And drivers can vary the shift modes via the innovative DYNAMIC SELECT system. An ECO Start/Stop system automatically shuts off the engine at stoplights and other idle situations, to save fuel and reduce emissions. As soon as the driver lifts off the brake, the engine instantly restarts, for immediate acceleration response. The ECO Start/Stop system can also be shut off by the driver at any time. A multimode drive program selector on the console lets you transform the car's character with the flip of a switch. Four modes (ECO, Comfort, Sport and Sport+) alter the throttle response, shift points and steering effort, ECO Start/Stop, climate-control efficiency and available AIR BODY CONTROL suspension. A fifth "Individual" mode allows you to create a mode of your own, even letting you set the transmission for manual shifting.Power front seats feature intuitive, seat-shaped controls on the door, plus a 4-way power lumbar support. To set and save your ideal driving position, a memory system for each front seat recalls three stored positions for the seat, plus the positions of the 4-way power steering column and side mirrors for the driver. Designed to cradle the driver and front passenger through every curve, the deeply contoured front sport seats feature integrated head restraints inspired by racecar seats. If you fail to respond, it can also initiate braking automatically at a range of driving speeds. The system can also detect and react to crossing pedestrians at typical city speeds.A crisp, high-resolution screen uses a high pixel count, a fast refresh rate and automatic adjustment to ambient light to provide seamless display of entertainment, navigation, comfort and convenience features, and customizable vehicle settings. Linear-style menus are more intuitive and offer easy access via the touchpad controller on the console or the right-hand Touch Control Buttons on the steering wheel. In addition to the standard 12.3-inch central display, a second 12.3-inch screen is placed directly in front of the driver. Its customizable displays include instrumentation and a large multifunction menu screen with illustrated and animated menus for vehicle information, settings and driver-assistance features.
